Shrimp 6月10日 庖陈下厨，游刃有余最近天才少年罗伯特在周名师指导下，强攻厨艺两星期，马上就要出师了，将成为下一代名厨庖陈。作为庖陈成长经历的见证人，本着“拿人手短，吃人嘴短”的原则，我在这里给庖陈打打广告。 庖陈经过两星期的努力，学会了蒸鱼，烧肉，煨扇贝，煎牛排；招牌香肠饭，拿手椰子粥；主攻鲁、川、苏、粤、闽、浙、湘、徽八大菜系，精通京津唐，沪宁杭等各地小吃。当尝了庖陈用上等Merlot煎出的牛排，我立刻想到了谢霆锋在《无极》里面的著名台词：“跟你走，有肉吃。” 特别值得一提的是今天，庖陈初试蒸包子。只见庖陈和起面来，风生水起，包的包子，也有模有样。那姿态，那神情，和《少林足球》里的馒头皇后赵薇相比，有过之而无不及啊。庖陈发面，和面，擀面，剁馅儿，拌馅儿，连包带蒸一条龙。那蒸出来的包子，是连我家Ulla都不屑于瞅一眼的，名副其实“猫不闻”，和天津卫的“狗不理”有一拼。这周午饭有着落了。只可惜我周三就要离开纽约了。 最后欢迎大家来品尝庖陈的手艺。原料自备，价格绝不比Ollie's黑。 6月8日 RushmoreThe alleged Wes Anderson's best movie. Not much to say: the plot, directing, acting, everything is almost impeccable. "Ravaged by dementia, Dad must be institutionalized.
